How to Claim Refund or Exchange?

If one wants to claim Refund/Exchange, our “Payment Refund Procedure” is quite simple and we will require following information from you:
1. Send us scanned copy of “enrollment slip” in certification exam i.e. we need to know that when you registered for the exam.
2. Send us Scanned copy of your Result/Score Report in PDF format.
3. Send us a filled in Refund Form Or Exchange Form.
For refunds you need to send all required information within 2 days after the test to webmaster@ TopTenServices.net
It will be a repayment of the funds or you will be advised to procure a new product that may help you to pass your exam. Be patient, we will deal with it in 7 days after your submit.
